in El Monte is the
social service outreach of the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour,
in
San Gabriel. The Center provides critically needed programs
to poor and low-income families and individuals in the East
San Gabriel Valley. Our mission is to "share love, hope
and resources with our neighbors in need."
The Center was established in 1985 by a caring and dedicated
group of volunteers from the Church of Our Saviour. Initially
begun as a food distribution program, it has over the years
joined with our neighbors to solve community problems.
We extend our hands in friendship to all those who come to
us regardless of economic circumstances or condition and we
invite you to join our effort in building a house of hope and
a community of care.
